What types of food are available?

Perched on a cliffside overlooking the stunning Gulf of Thailand, VIKASA’s Life Café offers a holistic dining experience centered on transformation, healing, and sustainable wellness. Their menu features locally sourced, organic ingredients from Koh Samui, ranging from superfood breakfast bowls and delicious burgers to signature coconut curries and raw desserts. By prioritizing whole foods and conscious sourcing, the café provides a nutrient-dense menu designed to harmonize with various dietary needs while offering breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline.

Sample Weekly Dinner Menu

Monday - Indian: Dry Prawn Masala, Mushroom Masala, Chickpea Masala, Red Lentil Dhal, Biryani Rice, Raita.

Tuesday - Thai: Green/Penang Curry (Chicken or Tofu Bean Balls), Thai Papaya Salad, Larb Mixed Bean & Tofu, Stir Fried Kale.

Wednesday - Italian: Penne Pesto (Prawn or White Beans), Bruschetta Pomodoro, Tuscan Beans, Minestrone Soup.

  • We have a total of 10 rooms available, once the 10 rooms are sold out, you will be added to the wait list.

  • Yes, all our rooms are priced for both single and double occupancy. If you are traveling solo but wish to share a room to save on costs, let us know! The Prana Pad allows for two twin-bed options. We can often pair you with another solo traveler of the same gender from our community.

  • We typically have two main sessions per day: a technical morning intensive and a focused afternoon workshop. We balance this high intensity work with restorative mobility and recovery to ensure your shoulders and wrists stay healthy and fresh throughout the week.

  • Koh Samui (USM) has its own international airport with frequent flights from Bangkok, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Once you land, Vikasa is a short 15–20 minute taxi or private shuttle ride away. We can help coordinate your airport transfer as the retreat date approaches.

  • After purchase, Ed Liu will email you within 24 hours to coordinate the details for arrival and other training/travel arrangements.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

The Commitment

Planning an international retreat involves significant upfront costs for venue sequestration, logistics, and guest coaching. Because of the limited number of spots available and the nature of our partnership with Vikasa Resorts, all bookings are final.

No Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable: All payments, including deposits and full balances, are non-refundable and non-transferable to future retreat dates.

  • Why? Once you book your spot, it is removed from the market. Last-minute cancellations often cannot be filled, which impacts the retreat's collaborative energy and overhead.

  • Transfer of Spot: If you are unable to attend, you may "sell" or gift your spot to another person, provided they meet the retreat's requirements. You must notify us of the name change at least 60 days prior to the start date.
