Together, we’ll focus on enhancing your strengths while also addressing areas for improvement. You'll receive customized training plans for your solo practice, along with a flexibility routine that complements your goals.

Single Class:$120
5 Class Pack: $500 ($100/class)
*class pack must be finished within 3 months, payment in full

Cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance. All sales are final

These following time slots are currently available:

Monday: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Thursday: 4:30 – 8:30 PM
Friday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: OFF

Option 1
My training studio in Long Island City, Queens. (No fee)

Option 2
You can choose to train at your own location, whether it's a home gym or an equivalent space. Must be within New York City. ($20 fee)

If you want 1-on-1 training, go ahead and purchase the class first (through button below), then Coach Ed Liu will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the time and location for the training. Welcome to Hand Balancing.

All class packs must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions after this time will expire.

• Full payment is required upfront.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be deducted from the class pack.
